For those who uses BSNL 2G/3G may not get whatsapp messages. My whatsapp is not working in BSNL 3G network. I found many questions in internet asking is whatsapp is down or not. Whats app is not down it is perfectly working in my Docomo network. So my conclusion is BSNL blocks whatsapp.
